Advanced Legal makes strong start

ADVANCED Legal, the specialist software provider to solicitors, barristers and coroners’ offices, is reporting strong growth so far this year.

The Knutsford-based business, a subsidiary of AIM-listed Advanced Computer Software Group, has won nearly £1m in orders for its ILB practice management system.

Since January Advanced Legal has agreed deals with 26 firms, which include a mix of new customers replacing competitor systems with ILB and exisiting customers moving onto the platform. The number of firms now using ILB to 248.

Advanced Legal was previously owned by Computer Software Holdings which was acquired by Advanced Computer Software for £110m in March
