George Davies lands Persimmon

THE property team at Manchester law firm George Davies has been appointed by the North West office of national housebuilder, Persimmon Homes.

The team, led by partner Jonathan Kay, will provide commercial and residential property advice to the house building giant.

Persimmon, which builds around 16,000 new homes nationally a year, is expanding in the North West and is seeking to buy potential residential development sites.

Mr Kay said: “We have had a relationship with Persimmon Homes for some time and we are extremely pleased that this has now been put on a formal footing with our appointment by their North West office.”
