Knight Frank hired to market 40 Spring Gardens

KNIGHT Frank has been appointed as the letting agent for 40 Spring Gardens, Manchester.

Owned by London-based fund Climate Change Capital, the 100,000 sq ft building is home to Lloyds Banking Group, Premier Foods and AON.

The agent said the building was being “repositioned in the market” and will be able to accommodate requirements up to 50,000 sq ft.
