Jones Lang LaSalle promotes 18

PROPERTY agent Jones Lang LaSalle has promoted 18 of its North West based team in its latest round of promotions.

Among the cohort are three new national directors including Paul Aldridge from its planning and development team, Dan Burn, currently head of the firm’s industrial agency practice in the region, and Kieran McLaughlin from its residential team.

Eight consultants have been promoted to the role of local director: Tim Aitchison and Steve Tutty from its project and development services team, John Lafferty from planning and development, Jill Renison from property and asset management, Mark Stillitoe from industrial and logistics, Ann O’Neil from rating, Shannon Conway from residential, and Greg Ball from office agency.

Helen McKeown, from the project and development services team, Andrew Hilbourne from its capital markets investment practice, Paul Murray from property and asset management services, and Louise Emmott from residential have all become associate directors.

The consultant’s project and development services team also saw Joe Bradbury promoted to senior surveyor, where he’s been joined by Tim Price from rating, and Robert Hogarth from residential.
