Deals hat-trick for Ford Campbell
CORPORATE finance firm Ford Campbell has completed a hat-trick of deals in the last month.
The Manchester firm’s latest transaction wa advising the vendor in the sale of London and Kent-based children’s care service provider The Boulters to East Midlands company Rushcliffe Care Group.
The Boulters deal follows two other completions in the last month – the sale of price comparison website Moneyextra.com to listed Lancashire IVA specialist Fairpoint Group and the sale of a North West-based personal protection equipment business to an international buyer.
Ford Campbell partner Chris Froggatt said: “This successful run of completions is as a result of finding buyers who want to do a deal and have the cash to do so, and also a huge effort by everyone in the team.
“We also currently have 18 live deals, which are a result of our innovative origination initiatives.”
