Young entrepreneur Woods joins Hiring-hub.com

ENTREPRENEURIAL online recruitment marketplace Hiring-Hub.com has hired an enterprising young businessman who appeared on TV show Dragons’ Den, before selling his own company.
Harrison Woods, sold his own online business, Primal Parking, on the same day he graduated from university, has joined Manchester-based Hiring-Hub.com and will work on business development, focusing on corporate sales and commercial partnerships.
Mr Woods, who had investment offers from Peter Jones and Theo Pathitis after appearing on Dragons’ Den last September, devised Primal Parking, which aimed to match property owners with unused parking spaces to city workers searching for long-term contract parking spaces.
After shunning the famous entrepreneurs he found another angel investor backer, who bought him out last month.
Hiring-Hub co-founder Simon Swan said: “Harrison’s attitude, enthusiasm and indomitable spirit is infectious, and mixed with a commercial awareness beyond his years we feel it is a real coup to have him at Hiring-Hub.com.”
Based on Hilton Street in Manchester award-winning Hiiring-Hub.com works with employers such as CSL Sofas, Bruntwood, and Wonga, by making the recruitment process more efficient by managing multiple recruitment agencies through its free-to-use website.
Mr Woods said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for me to dive into a really exciting, fast-growing and totally disruptive online business and quickly accelerate my own career within that environment.”
