Cleaning products firm takes 34,000 sq ft in Salford
COSMETICS and cleaning products manufacturer Acdoco has signed a 15-year lease on a 34,000 sq ft warehouse in Irlam.
It will relocate to Northbank Industrial Estate from existing premises in Blackburn.
The park is owned by Standard Life Investments and counts Parcel Line and Perkins and Werit UK as tenants.
The facility on Martens Road includes a two-bay warehouse and office space across the ground and first floors.
Jones Lang LaSalle acted for Standard Life. Mark Sillitoe, director UK Industrial & Logistics at JLL, said: “Northbank continues to be a prime industrial location in the North West. Thanks to its excellent transport links and superb accommodation, it’s attracted another quality occupier.”
