DATAMONITOR Healthcare has retained Manchester’s MC2 to design and implement an international communications strategy.
 
It provides research and analysis to the global pharmaceutical industry covering all disease areas, leading and emerging companies, drugs and strategic developments.
 
MC2 has been tasked with ensuring Datamonitor’s market position is reinforced in core global markets, and that ambitious growth strategies in emerging markets are supported with communications.

LIVERPOOL design studio Black & Ginger has created the first television advertising campaign for homewards brand Kilner.

The national ad, which will be screened on Really, More 4, TLC, Food Network and The Good Food Channel, shows the firm’s jars, usually used for pickling and preserving, being used in a variety of ways, from food storage to decoration.

Black & Ginger, which has previously worked with clients such as Sea Odyssey and Chester Zoo, were appointed by Kilner after pitching for the contract earlier in the year. The studio formulated the advert’s concept and project managed the campaign throughout.

Manchester-based The Market Creative has been appointed to help promote Shipton & Co’s jewellery collection.
 
Following a review of the jeweller’s brand proposition, design and retail strategy, The Market Creative conceived the “Colour Your World” brand campaign to drive interest in Shipton & Co’s handpicked range of gemstones.
 
Reflecting the origins of the gemstones, Colour Your World depicts colours from across the globe. The campaign will run in Shipton & Co jewellery stores nationwide.

PEPPERMINT Soda, the Hale-based marketing communications consultancy, has been appointed by portrait photography firm Venture Photography.

The agency will be responsible for raising the profile of the business and its 30 franchises, targeting the national and regional consumer, business and trade press. Peppermint Soda will also build the brand’s online presence across relevant social media platforms.

Richard Mayfield, creative director of Venture Photography, said: “We are currently rolling out a modern, fresh look across our studios and felt the timing was right to relook at our PR strategy. We were wowed by Peppermint Soda’s approach to growing our name and its thorough understanding of the Venture brand.”
