New venture for Locke

WAYNE Locke has set up on his own after resigning as a director of Liverpool-based director of Ashtenne Space Northwest last month.
He has established Locke Property Investments which will work with property investors.
In a statement he said it will advise, “property investors seeking to reduce the risks that come with holding commercial property investments”.
He added: “Enhanced asset values and maximised investment returns are delivered through the strategic application of dedicated expertise and a pro-active asset management service.”
Mr Locke, who spearheaded the refurbishment of Exchange Station in Tithebarn Street, chose to depart after Hansteen Holdings invested £52m in a 26.3% stake in the Ashtenne Industrial Fund. He was with Ashtenne for 13 years and was also responsible for Liverpool Innovation Park.
