Colliers secures five big shed lettings
FOUR lettings in Warrington and another in Greater Manchester have been secured by property agent Colliers International in Manchester.

Night-time distributor ByBox Field Support has taken a five-and-a-half-year lease on the 29,305 sq ft units 24-26 at Rufford Court, Warrington.

Quadriga Worldwide, which provides digital IP communications and entertainment services for hotels, has taken a five-year lease on the 3,704 sq ft unit 10 at Rufford Court, Warrington.

Skillray Transport Services, a supplier of tachographs, has taken a 10-year lease on the 2,204 sq ft unit 16 at Rufford Court, Warrington. All three lettings were arranged on behalf of Peter Stevens Estates.

Meanwhile, Fortunatas Housing Solutions – a registered charity that provides housing for vulnerable adults with mental health problems and/or learning disabilities, has taken a five-year lease on the 5,320 sq ft unit 9 at Colville Court, Winwick Quay, Warrington on behalf of landlord Winwick Quay LLP.

Finally, PCT Healthcare, the parent company of two pharmacy retail chains, has taken a 10-year lease on the 4,819 sq ft units E and F at Moorside Road, Swinton, Manchester on behalf of landlord SHS Estates.

Andy Backhouse, associate director in the logistics and industrial division of Colliers International, who secured the lettings, said: “Although the market for such industrial lettings remains testing we were able to secure these five deals thanks to their excellent location and the proactivity of the landlords involved.”

The lettings to ByBox Field Support, Quadriga Worldwide and Skillray Transport Services were achieved jointly with Jane Marshall of Warrington-based commercial property agency Eileen Bilton Partnership.
