Project One hails record-breaking year

CHANGE-management consultancy Project One has reported an 18.5% hike in annual revenue to £21m – and predicts more growth this year.

The Holmes Chapel-based company, which works with major corporates such as BAE Systems, Rolls-Royce, Dixons and Shop Direct Group, said its staff numbers grew 25% to more than 100.

Among the projects the company’s consultants help deliver are new product launches, implementing new customer service systems, major cost reduction and IT programmes, merging and separating organisations and helping companies prepare for listing.

Founder and managing director Ian Hellens said: “Our 15th year turned out to be a very special one for Project One.  We are delighted to be supporting a wide range of clients on their critical change programmes and continue to expand and strengthen our team to meet their needs.

“I believe we have the best team in the UK in our field, and our determination to succeed, outstanding teamwork, attitude and behaviour, combined with remarkable delivery excellence continues to set us apart.”

Mr Hellens said the outlook for 2014 is “very positive” as the company continues to win new business, particularly in the south.
