Neville launches new property venture

GARY Neville has rolled his property consultancy interests into a new vehicle called Zerum Consult.

The ex-Manchester United player was a shareholder in Paul Devine’s Kings Associates which has merged with RED Property Services.

RED was led by Mike Ralph, the former planning director of Modus, and Anthony Kilbride, Modus’ former project director, who founded the business when the Salford-based developer failed in 2009.

The new business is based at 4 Jordan Street which has just been acquired by Mr Neville.

It will seek to offer comprehensive property services from mechanical and electrical engineering consultancy, to planning advice and project management.

Mr Kilbride has taken the role of managing director. He said: “The property industry is currently enjoying its best period of growth in two years. As the sector continues to pick up pace and confidence returns to the market, it’s clear the environment is right for us to launch a new type of consultancy – one that combines unparalleled expertise with a unique approach and dedication to the creation of future-proofed developments. With this new offering, Zerum Consult is leading the way in delivering a more intelligent future for the built environment.”
