Deansgate block up for sale with £8m price tag

A PRIME leisure block in Manchester’s Deansgate is on the market for £8m.
Knutsford-based La Roque Trust Company, owned by Russell Dean and Frederick Webster, is selling 76-80 Deansgate which is home to La Tasca, The Botanist and the lap dancing bar Baby Platinum.
Agents CBRE and Jenics say a sale at £8m would represent a net initial yield of 6.97%.
The three-storey block has 33,400 sq ft and generates annual income of £590,700.
Nearby 86 Deansgate, which is home to Las Iguanas and Cafe Rouge, is understood to be under offer to investment manager Mayfair Capital for around £15m.
