50 Chinese firms sign up for Airport City roadshow

MANCHESTER Airport Group says more than 50 companies have signed up to attend the Airport City roadshow which will be in China later this month.
MAG is looking for tenants and possible investors for the £800m mixed-use scheme which it is developing in a joint venture with the Beijing Construction Engineering Group (BCEG).
Companies from sectors including aviation, finance, legal and technology have registered to attend the tour which will be in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen from June 9-13.
MAG will promote its “connect” service to potential tenants which will be a “concierge service” to help occupiers adapt to British life.
It will offer help with visas, tax assistance, company registration, plus local issues such as residential advice and tips on the best schools and universities.
