IT Hardware and Software has taken 9,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation at Bury South Business Park, Dumers Lane, Bury.
The scheme has 40,665 sq ft of industrial warehouse, trade counter accommodation, speculatively developed by Property Alliance.
There is 25,490 sq ft remaining, with 4,165 sq ft currently under offer.
Neil Higson, senior surveyor, at agent Nolan Redshaw said: “Bury South is a rare speculative scheme in Greater Manchester. With good transport links to the M66 and M60, interest has been strong to date.
“Now that the units are completed, and there is activity on the estate, we expect a domino effect will take place with regard to new enquiries. As the accommodation is available on a leasehold and freehold basis, the target market is wide and the marketing approach can be flexible.”
Nolan Redshaw acted joint with WHR Property Consultants.

THREE more companies have taken office space at Liverpool Innovation Park on Edge Lane.
Marketing firm Commendium, web design business David Twiggs Consulting Ltd and property manager Araya Facilities Services have taken a total of 544 sq ft at the development.
Innovation manager Delyth Lloyd said: “We are very pleased to welcome three new occupiers to the park. There is a definite trend in the market towards companies taking smaller office spaces in business and creative hubs where they can grow alongside other similar companies before expanding.
“A number of city centre and out of town developments are fulfilling this requirement at the moment, however at LIP, we have the flexibility and the space to be able to accommodate businesses as they grow so when they need bigger offices, they don’t need to relocate to other schemes.”
