UCLAN retains GVA
COMMERCIAL agent GVA has been retained to provide estates management services to the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN).
GVA said has been signed up for another two years.
Its services will include: advising on acquisitions and disposals; valuation advice and rent reviews; dilapidations, rating support services; and planning consultancy; alongside general estate and property management services.
Alex Dickinson, director at GVA’s Manchester office, said: “It is fantastic to have been able to retain this contract. UCLan is a progressive university with clear ambitions for expansion and continuous improvement for the benefit of its students.
“We look forward to continuing to work with the university estates management team to look after its property management needs.”
Based in Preston city centre, UCLAN holds properties across the North West and North Wales.
