Heathcotes Outside wins boat show contract

PAUL Heathcote’s outside catering business has won a £300,000 contract to provide food at the Liverpool Boat Show.

The three-year deal for Heathcotes Outside, which has just finished catering at the Liberal Democrat conference in Liverpool, covers all the event’s corporate and consumer hospitality.

The boat show is expected to attract more than 400,000 visitors and will be based in Liverpool’s iconic Albert Dock next May.

Managing director Gary Bates said: “We are delighted to announce our involvement with the Liverpool Boat Show. It is set to be a fantastic event and we are excited to be a part of it.”

Heathcotes Outside was founded in 1997 by chef Paul Heathcote and Mr Bates. It holds a number of contracts across the region, including Liverpool’s Echo Arena and BT Convention Centre, Lancashire County Cricket Club, Preston North End FC and Warrington Wolves RLFC.
