McGoff & Byrne hired for supported living projects

ALTRINCHAM-based builder McGoff & Byrne has been appointed by supported living specialist HB Villages to deliver two schemes worth £2.6m.

The developments are: a 12-bed Brindley Moss in Timperley and a 16-bed scheme in Coventry.

McGoff & Byrne said they will enable adults with physical and learning difficulties to live independently.

Director Dave McGoff said: “For each project, McGoff & Byrne has worked closely with HB Villages to develop the design and cost plan to ensure a robust proposal. 

“This pre construction expertise ensures that the time and cost parameters driven by the client are met with each build.  We are delighted to be ahead of schedule with Timperley and are looking forward to the next project in Coventry.”
