Grant Thornton signs up to Liver Building

ACCOUNTANCY firm Grant Thornton has signed a 15-year lease on at the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool.
The 120-strong practice has been based at the Liverpool landmark since 1995 but will move from its existing space on the first floor to newly refurbished space on the fourth four next year.
Neil Sturmey, managing partner in Liverpool, said: “It makes perfect commercial sense for us to continue to be associated with the Royal Liver Building – one of the most recognisable and enduring symbols of Liverpool’s success.
“We did take a very serious look at the offering elsewhere in the city centre and faced an extremely difficult decision. The city today boasts a wealth of attractive options – which is a sign of how far Liverpool has come in the last few years.”
