In brief: Lettings boost at Ashville Point; CTI moves

SUTTON Weaver’s Ashville Point office development is proving to be a hit with a surge of lettings.

The Cheshire complex, comprising four self-contained office buildings, has opened its doors to First Capital Factors Ltd, and 2G Energy.

First Capital has taken 800 sq ft in Sutton House while 2G signed up for 3,426 sq ft in Clifton House.

Ashville Point fronts Clifton Road, adjacent to junction 12 of the M56 motorway and strategically located for access to Chester, Warrington, Liverpool and Manchester.

CTI Corporate Travel International has completed the relocation of its head office from Wilmslow to Manchester city centre.

The firm says the move to 111 Piccadilly is part of its continued expansion following a management buyout in 2012 and the launch of what it claims to be the world’s first intelligent online booking tool for corporate travel, Sherpa, in 2014.

CTI chief executive Ian White said: “Manchester’s importance to the UK business growth cannot be understated.

“The current infrastructure and the future impact of HS2 and HS3 are the main reasons why we have chosen to relocate to the city.”

The 10-year lease on the 4,000 sq ft space will house 40 of the company’s travel management specialists and finance team.
