New player Oriel to build £25.1m of housing

NEW North West house builder Oriel has announced plans to build 251 homes in the Liverpool City Region with an investment value of about £25.1m.

The key site for the developer will be its homes in Arncliffe Road in Halewood, where a mixture of two and three-bed houses will be built, starting in March with a completion date  of November.

Within the next three years, Arncliffe and Oriel’s accompanying sites in Huyton, Kirkby, Whiston and Prescot will be complete.
