Three Sisters is doing it for JLL
PROPERTY consultant JLL has let two units at the Three Sister Enterprise Park in Wigan.
Recovery business Hough Green has taken the 12,895 sq ft Unit 2 on a 10 year lease at Bilsdale Properties’ Antler Court at £4 per sq ft while catering company Central Catering Services took Units 9 and 10, totallyng 13,628 sq ft on a five-year lease for the same rate.
The industrial estate is between junctions 24 and 25 of the M6 and has easy access to both Manchester and Liverpool.
Associate director industrial and logistics, Richard Johnson, said: ““There is strong demand for well-maintained industrial accommodation across the North West and Antler Court’s popularity is evidence of this with all of the ten units now occupied.
“In addition, these deals have been delivered over tight timescales with reasonable lease terms which is testament to the quality and location of the park.”
JLL and Young & Co are joint agents on the scheme. Both tenants were unrepresented.
