CBRE in ‘Happy Valley’ after Liverpool lettings

CBRE’s Liverpool office has secured two lettings at Liverpool Innovation Park, totalling 9,600 sq ft as the firm works with Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) on its plans for the future of the scheme.
Existing tenant, Liverpool Community Health (LCH) has committed to the scheme for a further 10 years, with a 5,600 sq ft and CBRE has also let 4,000 sq ft to Red Production, the company behind hit TV dramas Happy Valley and Last Tango In Halifax.
In addition, current occupiers David Twigg Consulting, Hyperion Executive Search, Araya Facilities Services and Tecmark have committed to new tenancy agreements.
Liverpool Innovation Park, an extensive 22 acre, 398,000 sq ft business park on Edge Lane, has become home to many successful businesses.
The Park provides more than 50,000 sq ft of serviced office accommodation within a parkland setting and benefits from abundant car parking and access to Wavertree Technology Park railway station.
CBRE’S building consultancy team is meanwhile currently advising the HCA on its investment plans for the park which are now underway.
These include the demolition of some existing buildings in the coming weeks, following which a new road will be created to access further car parking which will be finished in July.
