McGoff & Byrne builds bright future

CONSTRUCTION and integrated services company McGoff & Byrne has appointed eight new staff following a number of new contract wins, contract extensions and new service developments.
The firm, based in Altrincham, Cheshire, was only formally established six months ago and is expecting to significantly exceed it projected turnover of £3m by as much as 25%.
A mix of field and office-based operative, the new starters include seven mobile engineers covering the Midland,s South West, North East and North West, a project manager, asset managers and quantity surveyor and two FM coordinators.
The appointments are providing additional capacity to service the company’s latest clients which include deals with 21 Marriott Hotel properties across the North and London, Cheshire East Council, Manchester Airport Group, the University of Reading and the North West Ambulance Service.
They will also provide support for an extended contract with Wyevale Garden Centres (formerly The Garden Centre Group).
McGoff & Byrne has been awarded the facilities management for a further 20 centres which takes the total portfolio of managed sites across the UK to 72.
Since it was formerly established just over six months ago, the new facilities management division at McGoff & Byrne has gone from strength to strength with a number of impressive new contract wins, existing contract extensions and new service developments.
Performing ahead of target, the division is expecting to significantly exceed its initial annual projected turnover of £3 million by as much as 25 per cent and has appointed eight new personnel to satisfy demand from clients across the UK.
