Surveyor expands to cope with demand
CHARTERED Surveyors Altus Edwin Hill has taken 5,000 sq ft of extra to expand its office in Manchester.
The company has increased its space at The Royals on Altrincham Road.
Chief operating officer Richard Roberts said: “This location has proved ideal to service our local and regional client base, providing easy access to both the city centre and the motorway network.
“With a wide range of clients both across the region and nationally, we are also well placed to service these.
“Our expansion is down to continued growth across all business sectors, including our market leading Business Rates service. Following the acquisition of the Eileen Bilton Partnership in 2013 we are fast becoming one of the dominant agents in the region for industrial and commercial property.
Altus Edwin Hill represented itself in the transaction. The landlord is Standard Life Investments.
