Lettings latest: Rumbellow and Stevenson Whyte

IT company Rumbellow Business Solutions Ltd has moved into offices at Altrincham in Chesire.

The 150 sq ft second floor office suite in Kings Court on Railway Street has been taken for a term of one year at an all-inclusive rent of £385 per month.

Daniel Lee director of letting agents Regional Property Solutions who acted for the landlord Wizard Trading (Europe) Ltd said: “Kings court is ideally located within Altrincham and has benefitted from the construction of the new hospital opposite that has generated a steady flow of enquiries, which has sustained a one hundred occupancy rate over the last nine months in this mixed office, leisure and retail development”.

The tenant was unrepresented.

The 786 sq ft lock-up retail unit has been taken by Stevenson Whyte on a five year lease at a rent of £8,000 per annum.
