Lambert Smth Hampton in major acquisition

COMMERCIALproperty consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton has announced the acquisition of ES Group.

The company says the move means a strengthen of its teams across the full range of property services in its Manchester office.
 
ES Group is a 260-strong, consultancy-led business with a major presence in many UK regions including a Manchester.

The firm claims to be a market leader in providing valuation and corporate recovery advice to banks and accountancy firms and is also at the forefront of the fast-growing alternatives market, particularly in hotels, healthcare and education.
 
Abid Jaffry, head of office for LSH in Manchester, said: “The acquisition represents a highly complementary offer to our existing 75 strong operation in the North West.

“It will give us new service lines and provide additional skill sets which will add value to existing clients and help us in our quest to grow and capture more market share.
 
“We are investing significantly in the business and the North West is a key part of the growth strategy.”
