109 homes to be built after £14m funding deal

KENSINGTON Developments is building 109 homes on the Fylde coast after securing £14m funding facility from the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Family-owned Kensington has been providing residential housing across the North West for 26 years. The Fylde coast development is expected to be completed in 2016.
Kensington finance director David Tingle said: “This development will provide much-needed family housing and create jobs in the construction and services sector across the Fylde. We have a strong working relationship with the Royal Bank of Scotland which continues to provide funding solutions to meet our business aspirations.”
