Trading centre now fully let

TWO tenants have taken the remaining 30,000sq ft at a Stockport business park.
The Reclaimed Flooring Company – featured in TV’s Grand Designs series – and Boole’s Tools and Pipe Fittings have taken occupation at Hammond Trading Centre, Whitehill Trading Estate.
Both companies taken five-year leases for 15,000sq ft each.
Tom Henry, of The Reclaimed Flooring Company, says it has now outgrown its premises at Gorsey Moung Street in Stockport.
“The new workshop will give us room to grow especially with the amount of trade operators nearby,” he said.
Boole’s, part of the Grafton Group, supplies a wide range of products across a range of industries and keep stock of a comprehensive range of tubes, valves, flanges and allied pipeline products for prompt delivery.
These additional Stockport premises at the Hammond Trade centre, opposite their head-quarters, are a perfect fit.
David Rowley, director of commercial agent TFC who acted for the private investor landlord with Davies Harrison, said: “These lettings reflect an improving market where economical space on flexible terms is very popular and we are delighted the centre is now fully let.”
