Reds score with Marathonbet

MANCHESTER United has bolstered its squad of commercial partners with a deal with gaming firm Marathonbet.
The “multi-year” link-up with the British company sees the bookmaker become United global betting partner, excluding China and the US.
Established in 1997, Marathonbet said it hopes the partnership will boost its subscriber numbers. It said it would engage with the Reds’ estimated 659 million followers through exclusive content and branding across its digital platforms.
Manchester United group managing director Richard Arnold said:”Manchester United has a global presence with fans all over the world and our partners help us to engage with them in a range of innovative ways.
“Marathonbet already operates in over 20 languages and understands the importance we put on operating on a global scale. Through our partnership, we hope to bring to fans exclusive content, access to bespoke player and legend interviews as well as competitive betting odds.”
Marathonbet chief executive Stan Reoutt, added:”Recently, Marathonbet has made great strides towards being at the forefront of football betting and this partnership cements our aims as a brand.
“Manchester United is one of the most recognisable names in the world, let alone in world football and this announcement is a clear marker of our global plans for Marathonbet.”
