Peloton to manage InfraRed’s £42m property portfolio

PELOTON Properties has been appointed as asset manager on InfraRed Captial Partners’ newly-acquired £42m multi-let industrial portfolio.

InfraRed announced its most recent acquisition of nine multi let industrial estates – on behalf of InfraRed Active Real Estate Fund III – from Stretton Property Group earlier this week.

The portfolio comprises more than a million sq ft with upwards of 20 tenants throughout the North West.  Peloton Properties, based in Ramsbottom, near Bury, which manages more than £200m of assets across the country, acted on behalf of InfraRed, together with Dowley Turner Real Estate and Taylor Wessing.

Peloton managing director Jonathan Nuttall said: “Over the last nine years, we have worked closely with InfraRed acquiring nearly three million sq ft of assets and have subsequently been retained as the asset manager.

“Whilst Peloton Properties asset management platform was originally established over 10 years ago, when James Lewis joined to head the asset management team in 2012, we changed the focus of the company towards the institutional market.”
