Redrow launches new offices

RESIDENTIAL property developer Redrow is opening a North West office.

In a two pronged deal it purchased two adjoining office buildings at 4A and 4B Cinnnabar Court, Daresbury, Warrington.

The move has been motivated by continued growth in the region.

John Grimes, managing director, Redrow North West, said: “We took the opportunity in searching for a new office to relocate the business to a more strategic location so we can more effectively cover the whole of our operating area.

“These properties are in an ideal location and by converting them into one we will create our own bespoke offices.”

Ben Fallows, director of commercial agent TFC, was appointed to find suitable premises.

He said: “Sourcing the right property in the right location was proving a challenge but it was when viewing the potential of this location that I identified the availability of these two properties and negotiated the acquisition of both, which when combined would meet Redrow’s criteria.”

The two storey properties comprise a total of 10,400 sq ft.  4B was owned by Marshalls CDP the original developers of the estate who were represented by Knight Frank and 4A by a private investor represented by BE Group.
