Bolton town centre pubs up for grabs

THE Grade II-listed Swan Hotel in Bolton has been advertised for sale for £1.75m.
It is being marketed on the website of Cheshire-based commercial property specialist Jeremy Rubin & Co alongside another town centre pub, the Flying Flute, which is available for £950,000.
Another pub, The Brass Cat, one of Bolton town centre’s oldest buildings has been for sale for £295,000 since October.
The Swan, which dates back to the 19th century, was a functioning hotel until about a decade ago before coming a weekend only hostelry. It has a fully open real ale establishment Barristers, adjoining.
