St John’s Living brand gets project director
PROPERTY company Allied London has appointed James Sidlow as project director for the delivery of he private rented element of the St John’s Living brand in Manchester.
He will initially focus on the three landmark PRS towners which will form part of the forthcoming St John’s neighbourhood.
Sidlow previously spent eight years at Deloitte working as an assistant director its valuation and transactions business.
During that time at Deloitte he specialised in development, M&A, real estate transaction due diligence and valuation across the UK, Europe and GCC countries. Over the last 2-3 years he has worked with a number of high profile developers, advising on the viability and funding of PRS schemes.
Sidlow said: “I am hugely excited to become part of the Allied London team and look forward to bringing my experience to deliver an exciting PRS concept, which will be unrivalled by anything else across the city”
Set at the heart of the new St John’s neighbourhood for culture, enterprise and living, the three landmark PRS towers will be delivered under the St John’s Living brand.
