Developer starts work on £19m homes projects

HIGH-end property developer Altin Homes has broken ground on two new sites with a combined value of £19m.

The sites, located in Sale and Hale, Greater Manchester represent the two sides of the Altrincham-based developer’s business – private commission mansions and luxury family homes.

Altin Homes’ development in Sale, The Place, is on Northenden Road. The two acre site will feature 24 contemporary four and five-bedroom family homes with prices starting at £410,000.

The Place is one of Altin’s Bijou Collection developments where architectural design features and items of internal specification more typically seen in the company’s multi-million pound homes are built into a property of more modest proportions.

At the other end of the scale is Altin’s second current development – a one-off mansion located at Number 1 Hilltop, one of Hale’s most desirable addresses.

Th £5m, 9,000sq ft property will be built over four floors and includes an internal lift.

It will have five bedroom suites including an amazing leisure suite, complete with 11-metre swimming pool and a sauna on the second floor. The property also has an underground car park.
