Surveyor company on £380m framework

MANCHESTER and Preston-based chartered building surveyor Anderton Gables has been selected as an approved consultant on the Innovation Chain North West – a framework which has seen a throughput of more than £380m since it was established in 2012.

ICNW has also been behind the completion of more than 4,000 units in Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire and Yorkshire.

The ICNW Framework sets out to establish and maintain stable relationships between clients and service providers of projects. Its goal is to ensure projects meet quality requirements, on programme within budget.

The purchasing consortium picks a select group of contractors and consultant companies.

Anderton Gables is one of the consulting companies that have been chosen to provide architectural, project management, engineering and building surveying services.

Jonathan Shaw, partner, said: “Together with our team at Anderton Gables, we are thrilled and very proud to have been selected as an approved consultant on the ICNW Chain.

“We look forward to sharing our knowledge of the North and working with the best construction professionals in our region.”
