Travis Perkins takes up three sites on Merseyside

THREE separate property deals involving up to a total 48,000sq ft of space in the Merseyside area have been completed on behalf of the Travis Perkins Group.

B8RE has acted for the company on the acquisition of a new purpose built 30,000sq ft facility for CCF at Canada Dock, a new build development by Redsun located north of Liverpool city centre fronting Derby Road.

In addition, B8RE also advised Travis Perkins on the relocation to a new 12,000sq ft purpose built depot at Redsun’s Turbine Business Park development in Birkenhead as well as the acquisition of a 5,500sq ft trade counter unit at Aintree Racecourse Retail and Business Park for for Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery.
