Tindall Perry revenues grow to £450K

MANCHESTER-based finance recruitment consultancy Tindall Perry Partnership has increased its turnover by around 12% to £450,000.

The firm, which specialises in the placement of financial professionals from the boardroom to qualified finance and accounting staff, has made headway for the third year in succession, despite what it describes as challenging conditions.

Revenue in the 2013/14 year (to September 30) was £290,000 and increased by £100,000 to £390,000 the following year.

Under the leadership of Leyla Tindall, director, the firm has continued to focus on a number of core sectors which it believes will place it strongly for the future; namely the manufacturing/ FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) , retail, leisure, e-commerce and property markets.

Over the past few years, it has grown a roster of high profile clients which includes Bruntwood, musicMagpie, NWF Group, API Group, JD Sports, Individual Restaurant Company, Bowdon Group, Palatine and Endless. It also works with SMEs and entrepreneurs.

In recent months, and to aid its growth, the business has undertaken a targeted marketing and communications programme that has encompassed advertising, media relations and the staging and sponsorship of events across the North West. Based on this year’s strong performance, it is also now actively recruiting and looking to further build the team.

Tindall said: “These results are great news but the focus now is on planning for the future. Whilst there is still some uncertainty because of Brexit we are seeing a continued upturn in the market which is positive.

“My view is that this will continue so we will carry on tailoring our offering to what’s actually needed and where the demand is coming from.

“We’ve worked hard to really understand our clients, the factors that affect their individual sectors and how we can add value.”
