Regeneration specialist unveils big plans for Crosby

REGENERATION specialists St Modwen has released new plans for investment in Crosby on Merseyside.

St Modwen is working on plans which focus on refurbishing the Glenn Buildings to the south of Moor Lane at the heart of the village centre.

The proposals bring forward four units within the existing Glenn Buildings, designed for modern retailers, plus a new larger format unit to attract new occupiers.
 
David Nuttall, development manager at St Modwen, said: “Following our acquisition of the assets earlier this year, we have been working to understand the buildings and have invested significantly in a range of surveys and investigative works at the site.

“Having secured Home Bargains within the village, this next phase of investment will safeguard the future of the Glenn Buildings – a feature on the high street for over 84 years – as well as bringing modern retail accommodation to Crosby Village Centre.

“This is the next step in our vision for our assets in Crosby and we are confident that this investment will boost not only this particular building but the whole Village Centre.”
