“We’ve got some exciting plans for 2017 that will really add to the already incredibly rich content across the music, science and arts spectrum. We can’t wait to announce in the coming months.”

After triumphing with New Festival on the Block and Mind Blowing Spectacle at this years Association of Independent Festivals, Bluedot has also been shortlisted for Best New Festival in the European Awards and is set to be bigger and better for next year’s event.

A mix of artists, speakers, scientists and performers are set to entertain at next year’s festival, set to take place from July 7-9.

Attendees can again expect a galaxy of talent from across the scientific, literary and arts communities with five distinct arenas featuring space orchestras, talks, screenings, lectures, comedy and debates, a vast spectrum of hands-on activities and much more.

Various culinary options will also be on offer along with standard and newly improved luxury camping options.
