Auction House North West celebrates bumper sale

A property auction run by Auction House North West  – organised to respond to the bespoke needs of property owners, receivers, agents, asset managers, investors and buyers – attracted more than 400 bidders from across the region.

The event – arranged in partnership with Roger Hannah &  Co – took place at Bolton Wanderers’ Macron Stadium and included properties up to £425,000 in value.

Stuart Cooper, director of Auction House North West, said: “The February auction was much busier than expected and a packed room produced some outstanding results for our clients, the commercial property highlight being a former council depot in Poynton which achieved nearly £100,000 above guide.

“The focus now turns to our auction on March 23 which looks like being our biggest auction of 2017.”
