New development of luxury Cheshire homes selling fast

A multi-million-pound scheme of 11 luxury homes has been unveiled in Cheshire, with more than 50% already sold.
 
Designed by Altrincham-based Calderpeel Architects on behalf of Merepark Homes, the Higher Heath development in Cranage comprises a mix of eight luxury four and five-bedroom detached homes, as well as three two-bedroom terraced properties.
 
Set over three floors, each of the detached houses include a bespoke kitchen, garage, off-road parking and private garden.

The courtyard style development is based on Knutsford Road and has revitalised a 1.6-acre brownfield site which was once home to a haulage depot.

Set half a mile to the North of Holmes Chapel, Higher Heath is situated in rural Cheshire and surrounded by farmland. It boasts great transport links, being only four miles from the M6, while train stations in neighbouring villages provide good links to Manchester and Crewe.
