Recycling firm takes Trafford Park unit
INDUSTRIAL parks owner SEGRO has let a 15,461 sq ft unit at the Severnside Trading Estate on Trafford Park to the International Recycling Corporation Company.
The company is taking unit 9/10 on the estate on a five year lease.
Director Sanjay Jain said: “SEGRO has made the whole letting process extremely simple and the company has really helped us by changing the deal a number of times to suit our requirements. We are very much looking forward to moving into Trafford Park and taking advantage of everything that it has to offer, most notably its fantastic links to the transport network and its location.”
P3 advised SEGRO on the deal. P3 and King Sturge are joint agents for Trafford Park.
