Appointments: New starters for Bsolar and Uniform
NORTH West Solar panel firm BSOLAR has appointed two new staff.
Peter Bladen, director of renewable energy specialists Bladen Consulting, launched the firm, based in Halsall, Lancashire, in April.
Phillip Eden has joined as a sales manager while Stephen Buttle starts as an installation project manager
Mr Bladen said the new recruits have been hired to meet a high level of demand. He said: “The company has grown quicker than anyone expected. Since April I have been making an average of eight to 10 solar panel installations per month, more than triple what I was expecting in the first six months of the business.”

LIVERPOOL design agency Uniform has appointed Stephen Ardern as business development director.
He heads a team that has recently seen the arrival of Scott McCubbin from
Manchester’s Glorious Creative.
Managing director Nick Howe said the appointment had been made after an eight-month search. “We have been headhunting for the right senior person since March. The selection process has been rigorous – we had to get the right person.”
