Virgin to open v-room at Manchester Airport

VIRGIN Holidays has signed a deal to launch its second dedicated v-room lounge at Manchester Airport.

The firm launched the v-room concept at Gatwick in 2008. It is a leisure lounge with the capacity to house 100 guests, which has separate areas for adults, teens and younger children. Services include state-of-the art entertainment systems including a wall-sized interactive gaming screen, a bar and a complimentary food service.

Virgin will charge customers £20 per adult and £12 per child to use the service.
The lounge will be built in Terminal 2 and will be ready to use from July next year.
