Liberty finds freedom at Lowry House

COMMERCIAL property firm Bruntwood has let 4,868 sq ft of office space at Lowry House in Manchester to Liberty Mutual Insurance.

The firm has taken an office on the 15th floor on a ten-year lease.

Paul Kurgo, managing director of the commercial division of Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe said: “The first class reception and quality of accommodation made Lowry House our building of choice,” he said.

“We were working to short timescales and we needed a landlord that could deliver – Bruntwood exceeded our expectations.”

The firm was advised on the letting by Will Lewis of OBI Property.

“We secured our clients excellent premises within a very short period of time,” said Lewis. “There was a tight deadline to meet and working with Bruntwood enabled the relocation to happen.”
