Finance provider moves into offices at business park
A retail finance provider is the latest tenant to move into a business park.
THP Chartered surveyors and Colliers’ southwest National Offices team, on behalf of London & Scottish Property Investment Management, has let 1,795 sq ft office space at Elmbridge Court to BuylineLtd, on a five-year lease.
The business currently occupies another office on the park.
Set in on a well-maintained business site, located close to Cheltenham, Gloucester and M5 J11, Elmbridge Court currently only has three units left, measuring 1,7862 sq ft; 1,273 sq ft and 5,128 sq ft. The latter is an interconnected office, allowing the flexibility to lease it collectively or individually.
