On the Move: Russell Property Consultants; Trowers & Hamlins; Acuity

Russell Property Consultants (RPC) has welcomed Josh Gunn to the team.

Gunn has more than 15 years of experience in the industrial and logistics market in the South West, being established in the Bristol market for over 10 years and will add further capability to the client offering.

Previously leading BNP Paribas Real Estate South West offering, and head of the Bristol office, the addition reflects the growth of Russell Property Consultants over the last five years.

Gunn has been involved with several significant transactions, including the letting of Hercules, a 410,000 sq. ft. warehouse for Hines, acquiring 112,000 sq. ft. in Chippenham and leasing 224,000 sq. ft. at Keypoint, Swindon.

Gunn will be joining the established team of Rob Russell and Chris Miles, providing clients with a combined 75 years of experience in the industrial and logistics market.

Russell said: “I have known Josh for a number of years and we are absolutely delighted to secure an industrial agent of his calibre – he is an outstanding agent with a similar work ethic to both myself and Chris and delighted to have him on board and it will take our business to yet another level. I always set up the business to become unavoidable in our market place and offer outstanding service to clients and Josh has
similar aspirations! Really looking forward to the next chapter of RPC.”
