Accountancy extends its reach with latest acquisition

A Walsall accountancy firm is extending its reach into Gloucestershire through its latest acquisition.

Palatine-backed BK Plus specialises in accounting, auditing, tax, and business advisory services and has acquired Andorran Chartered Accountants.

David Baldwin and Shaun Knight (former directors of the accountancy group Baldwins) set up BK Plus in February 2021 which has since established a strong presence having completed 13 acquisitions, with more than 11 offices and employing nearly 300 staff.

With offices in Blackheath, Bromsgrove, Dudley, Solihull, Uttoxeter, Warwick, and Wolverhampton, BK Plus has recently extended its footprint across the UK, with more offices in locations including Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, Halifax, Oldham, and Stoke.

Situated at Manor Business Centre in Cheltenham, Andorran, now led by Roger Downes, will allow BK Plus to expand its operations to better serve clients in the Gloucestershire region
