Director steps down from board of Somerset advanced engineering firm

Gooch & Housego – the specialist manufacturer of photonic components & systems – has announced that Non-Executive Director Brian Phillipson will retire in September.

Phillipson  has completed his nine year tenure on the  board of the AIM listed business..

The board of G&H said it would like to thank Brian for his significant contribution to the business during his time as a non executive director.

Louise Evans has been appointed as senior independent director with effect from the start of and Susan Searle has now taken over the role of chair of the Remuneration Committee.
